
Ocean Way - The bike and pedestrian paths along
Ocean Way connect the beautiful Atlantic beaches to the southern end
of Jupiter's Riverwalk. Free public
parking is available along A1A.
Jupiter Ridge Natural Area - At the southern end of Jupiter's Riverwalk, this section runs parallel to one of Florida's best examples of coastal scrub habitat. Educational kiosks are on-site describing wildlife and habitat. Free public parking is available at the park, but there is currently not a walkway to Riverwalk from the parking lot. This 267-acre natural area is operated by Palm Beach County, and is a bird watcher's paradise. Mangrove Bay - Riverwalk meanders along the western edge of this delightful tropical community, overlooking mangroves rich with local wildlife.
Lagoon Bridge - This pedestrian and bicycle bridge connects the Riverwalk behind the Best Western Hotel to the southern tip of Jupiter Yacht Club Marina. Enjoy views of the tranquil lagoon, fish and the occasional manatee. Free public parking is available at either the Jupiter Yacht Club or Best Western Hotel.
Jupiter Yacht Club - Enjoy shopping and dining as you meander northward through this 89-slip marina. Public slips are available for visitors arriving by boat. Free public parking is available.
Events Plaza - A perfect location for community events, festivals, markets and entertainment, the Events Plaza is tucked under the east span of the Indiantown Road Bridge. Festivals, under the cover of this rain or shine waterside venue. Free public parking.
Future Riverwalk Extensions
Riverwalk Entertainment District - This future area of Riverwalk will offer a unique, waterside community gathering spot for shopping, dining, entertainment, and events. A hotel and marina are also planned.
Burt Reynolds Park - Nestled between the Intracoastal and the "Oxbow" waterway, this park offers boat access to Jupiter's waterways. A future extension of Riverwalk will wander through the park.
Inlet Village & Marina - Future plans for this seaside village will be inspired by the history and character of its once active fishing industry. With the historic Jupiter Lighthouse as a backdrop, views from the planned shopping promenade will be hard to match. Future plans for the Marina (see #10 on the map) include boat slips and dockage for water access to Inlet Village.
Riverwalk Attractions
Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum - Enjoy Jupiter's history by touring our exhibit "5,000 Years on the Loxahatchee" and make sure to check out the Gift Shop, both located in the historic Naval Housing Building. Climb the 150 year-old Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and take a guided tour of the Historic Tindall House, all located at 500 Captain Armour's Way, Jupiter, FL 33469, (561) 747-8380. DuBois Pioneer Home - One of the oldest homes in Palm Beach County, the house was built in 1898 and is located at 19075 DuBois Road in DuBois Park, Jupiter, Florida 33477. Tours are operated by the Loxahatchee River Historical Society. At present time, the home and area is undergoing work by Palm Beach County and is not open to the public. www.jupiterlighthouse.org.
Loxahatchee River Environmental Center (River Center) at Burt Reynolds Park - The River Center has a combination of static displays, interactive exhibits, live tanks which trace the river system from a freshwater cypress swamp to seagrass-dominated estuary to marine ecosystems.
