Deposits are refunded after 60 months of exceptional payment history. Interest is paid yearly on your deposit at an annual percentage rate of 3% of the deposited amount. If you move out of town the deposit will be refunded on your final bill. If you transfer to a new home in town the deposit will transfer over to the new address.
