Public Works is Responsible for all Repair and Maintenance of Town Buildings and Facilities
Public Works is responsible for all repair and maintenance for the Town Municipal Complex, Community Center, Maintenance Facility, and various other buildings and facilities of the Town. Public Works staff also oversees work performed by outside contractors that have been contracted by the Town to perform preventative maintenance services, or other major repairs.Staff are responsible for the repair and maintenance of:
Air conditioning
Electrical
Plumbing
Remodeling
Roof repairs
Building maintenance also includes janitorial services. Staff are responsible for the daily cleaning of the Jupiter Municipal Complex, Community Center, and various other buildings of the Town. This also includes set-up/clean-up before and after meetings.
