  • Location: Intracoastal island just east of Sawfish Bay Park.
  • Size: 12 acres
  • Cost: $2.9 Million
  • Property Description: The island is uninhabited, and is currently in a natural state.  Purchase by the town allows the property to retain its conservation zoning, and prohibits any residential development of the island.  Access is by boat only at this time.
