- Recurring meetings (yearly meetings are not considered recurring) will need to pay in advance for all dates reserved.
- Recurring
meetings do not automatically renew from year to year and groups are
not automatically guaranteed the same day and time.
- To
renew a recurring reservation you will need to resubmit the request
application in advance of your last confirmed reservation found on your
receipt.
- No one organization will be granted the use of Town facilities for more than two days per month.
- Groups
meeting on an ongoing basis will be required to pay in full for any
pre-reserved space. Meetings will be scheduled for no more than one
year in advance.
- Monthly meeting groups must apply for renewal of their permit (2) months before the end of their current permit.
- Recurring Meeting groups may be moved without notice to another room location at the discretion of Town staff.
- Storage space is not available for meeting groups.
