Events that need access to the Community Center before or after normal working hours must be pre-approved by the Community Center Supervisor.

Approval is very rare for all category requests starting before 8:00 am or groups that need access to the facility prior to 8:00 am for set up.

Overtime Charges

Are charged when a rental does not occur during normal business hours This includes the 2 hour set up/clean up window. Events starting on or continuing on Saturday after 5:00 pm and any Sunday rentals are subject to a four hour minimum rental. All rentals must end by midnight, including clean up time.
