Per Hour
Per Staff | Overtime charges are assessed when a rental does not occur during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. This includes the 2 hour set up/clean up window. It will be at the discretion of the Community Center Supervisor to determine the number of staff needed to supervise your event. All rentals must end by midnight, including clean up time.
| | Dance Floor Rental
24' x 24' | $400 (Flat Fee) | All applications received on or after June 1, 2007 will be charged the new dance floor rental rate. If you do not select the dance floor when submitting the request application it may not be an option to add at a later date. | | Kitchen Access | $100 (Flat Fee)
| If for any reason you need to use the kitchen there will be a flat rate of $100. | Decorating &
Clean Up Time | $30 per hour
| This includes any time that you need to decorate and clean up other than the actual rental hours. For example, if your rental is from 4-8 pm and you want to begin set up at 1 pm and anticipate you will be done cleaning by 9 pm then you will be charged for 4 hours.
