Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
| Youth | Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a ground fighting form of self-defense. Although techniques are performed primarily on the ground, students will learn traditional Gracie Jiu Jitsu self-defense basics. These techniques range from weapon defenses, take downs, and a numerous variety of submissions.
| Mario Ayala | Mario Ayala has been studying martial arts for the past 15 years. Along
with an education in Psychology and Criminal Justice, Mario has studied a
variety of fighting tactics and is currently a Brown Belt in Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu under Mauricio Villardo (4th degree Black Belt). |

cheerleading class is great for elementary school children who want to

beginning cheerleaders will also get a taste of tumbling. It is a great
