Community Building Grants - up to $250.00

Community Building Grants were offered to neighborhood groups and HOAs to improve their social capital.  Grants would be made for projects or materials that improve communication among neighbors.

Neighborhood Enhancement Grants- up to $5,000.00

Funds were available to homeowners associations and/or neighborhood groups to enhance the external appearance of their community.  This grant required a 50/50 community match.

Greenbrier at Indian Creek - Improvements to the entry garden area; replacing, upgrading foliage and lighting.

Jupiter Landings POA - Trimming of 232 oaks, maples and palms in swales.

Lakes at the Bluffs - Enhancement to front entrance; replacing plants.

Sea Brook Place- Replacement of entrance sign.

The River at the Bluffs - Replacement of entrance sign and lighting.

Villas on the Green - Sodding and drought resistant landscaping of front entrance.

Xanadu By The Sea - Landscaping from entrance.

Riverside Improvement Association - Demolish old shuffle court, paint old buildings, landscaping.

The Colony at Maplewood - Landscaping, re-sodding, mulching and replanting entrance area and cul-de-sacs.

The Shores of Jupiter - Re-sodding and planting of trees in cleared open area in the community.
