Todd Wodraska was elected to the Jupiter Town Council in March 2004; unopposed in 2007, and re-elected in 2010. Mr. Wodraska is serving his third term on Council. He was raised in Jupiter where he boated along the Loxahatchee River, played in the JTAA, and attended Jupiter elementary, middle and high school. He fondly recalls the Town when Indiantown Road was two lanes and I-95 did not extend north of PGA Boulevard.
In his professional life, Mr. Wodraska is the Vice President of Special District Services, Inc., which is a local company that creates and manages public/private partnerships. He has also worked as a consultant on the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan, which is the world's largest ecosystem restoration project, for the South Florida Water Management District.
Prior to moving back to his hometown, Mr. Wodraska spent six years on Wall Street in the bond trading business with Smith Barney and William R. Hough & Co. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University and his MBA from Rice University in Houston. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach County League of Cities and the Florida Association of Special Districts.
Mr. Wodraska resides in Maplewood with his wife, Tracy, who is a former Jupiter Police officer, and their sons, Jackson and Tanner. Now he is often found coaching the boys in their JTAA sports of the season. His main goal is to proactively preserve the unique, wonderful quality of life Jupiter offers its families and businesses.
